
Original, Realistic, Unproblematic

During the book "Twisted", Tyler returns to his original high school after serving community service for defacing his school property. Thoughout the book, Tyler incounters problem after problem in regards to the graffiti he chose to write. With a bad reputation, it's hard for sixteen year old Tyler to leave a positive impact among his peers, and instead, creates future problems which leads him to more encounters with the police.
Having a record in high school is not only embarrasing but can leave you as a main suspect for further offences. The high school life can be challenging enough, but with a limited amout of friends, you can only go so far. Most people would love to have the oppertunity to go back and do it all again. So when you encounter a situation where you could potentially throw it all away, why risk it? Is it really worth losing your life for it? Your life in high school is based on 3 important things, a supportive family, dependent friends, and a reputation that can leave a huge mark in your social life. When one of those fails, it starts to hack away at the others and soon after will leave you with nothing. Then around the corner comes the real world. After graduation, there is nothing for you to look forward to other then a more difficult life you chose to suffer and now pay the consequences for instead of having your three main priorites to lean back on.
