The tragic story of three terrific friends since their days battling in Vietnam concludes the most consuming and gripping story you could ever read, in my opinion. This incredibly thought provoking story included three men, friends since childhood plainly having a good time enjoying their days of retirement from the war. Left with cheerless memories, the three try to make life the best possible. But when a deadly car accident takes place its left to be pondered weather it was an accident. Friends of the victim put their lives, and the lives of the ones they love in danger to grasp the truth of what killed their life long companion. For my taste the book could have used more action, and less mystery but over all it was a keeper.
